Feature Ideas

Sometimes when a course has a deadline, individual circumstances come up and we need to extend deadlines just for one person which is not currently possible. This would be a handy feature, particularly when we think about courses of high importance like compliance.

For example, new joiners who have a set of activities to complete as part of their first two weeks in the business, can track their progress on the platform where the Induction 'pathway' has been created.

This will be a simple way to share content with our Groups, but simultaneously remove any specific Users who we wont' need to see the content.

We get many emails thinking the notification of a group being created is assignment of learning so this would reduce a huge amount of unnecessary email traffic and make users happier!! If we are also creating content for groups that has not yet communicated it allows use to be more discreet if the content is sensitive or confidential for any reason in set up.

Would be great to also be able to add in an expiration date against a piece of content. Content would auto unplublish. An example of this: we create Nugget announcements for when we have a webinar coming or changes/launches coming up.. to generate excitement etc... but they are time bound and having this automated will reduce admin & support scalability

At the moment, when trying to upkeep the hygiene of the learning eco-system and to enable/ empower contributors in the business, it can be tricly because of all of the HowNow Channels that are coming up instead of the organisation's custom channels. It would be easier to be able to switch them off.

Being able to have renewal cycle for Pathways (e.g. when used for Compliance )

Instead of just your library, it would be helpful to select from previously uploaded thumbnails rather than having to find and upload the same image many times.

Together with "Back to studio" and "Back to Browse" it would be great to be able to click on the piece of content that it's just been created and go directly to view it.

Currently, information in channels is all over the show. It is critical that we have a better way to organise this information through sub-folders/ nesting etc.
