Even if you have a global role of READ ONLY, the option to add content button or action still appears which is confusing to users. As we have both external & internal users (our external will always be read only) it is mis-leading and in some cases cause us to receive many question on this. Is there a way the users access rights could control this

Most of our employees work in their email every day. If HowNow was central to this application, they can easily search things that we require for job processes, etc. within Outlook.

We would really love the browser extention to be compatible with Firefox
