From the content page, when you check more than one piece of content, add an option to add Collaborator so that every piece of content does not have to be opened in edit mode and the collaborator added one piece at a time. Same option to remove a collaborator. We just had a team member change and I have to remove and add the same two people for every piece of content we own.
