The dashboard currently shows the average completion rate across courses for Must Do content but most organisations need to know the total, actual completion rate of that content. For example, if the company has two courses, one with 4 people assigned and a 25% completion rate and one with 2000 people assigned and a 70% completion rate, the average would be 47.5% completion, but in reality it’s 1401 completions out of 2004 assignments which is just under 70% completion. Those two percentages are very different and it is the second that is important to the organisation.
