Now, you can filter skills data by Groups in addition to Job Role, giving you a more tailored and flexible view of skill levels across specific teams. This addition helps you pinpoint skills data not only by Job Role but also by specific teams, ideal for more granular analysis 📊.
This update extends to custom reports, so you can now create reports based on Group filters as well.
Authors and collaborators can now delete or unpublish Easygenerator content directly within HowNow 🧼.
With these new options, removing unnecessary or outdated content has become seamless, streamlining the content experience and giving you greater control. When content is deleted from HowNow, all related reporting data will be erased, and republished content from Easygenerator will be tracked as new. For content unpublished within HowNow, historical data remains accessible, though users can no longer interact with the content until it’s republished.
We've made it easier to browse and discover content in Channels! With new banners, tabbed navigation, and streamlined content addition, you can now add learning resources to a Channel based on topics and interests. Additionally, if you're a HowNow PRO user, HowNow AI will automatically suggest relevant content from your preferred sources, ensuring you always have the most relevant and up-to-date resources 🦾.

Say hello to the Skills Profile, a dedicated area where you can track your skill development 🪴. You can set Focus Skills, explore the required skills and proficiency levels for your role, and even add your own skills. Identify new learning opportunities and level up your growth – all in one place.

We've enhanced the home page layout to bring you a more personalised experience. A new AI-powered home feed that recommends content based on your learning needs and helps you bridge knowledge gaps 🧠🪄. Plus, you’ll now find easier access to important tasks and announcements in the new Spotlight section and Home tab notifications.

We've always understood the importance of knowledge sharing, so have made the process easier with the Expert Search feature! 💪
Users can now identify, then contact, the subject-matter experts across your organisation, via the Search option on their homepage. All Users who are competent in the specific set of Skills searched for, will appear. This gives the keen team members the opportunity to ask for advice, mentoring or maybe even tutoring to improve their abilities!⭐⭐⭐

Accurately tracking how long your Users spend learning content is important, for reporting and improving your team members' learning styles.
Our team has worked to make this process better, making enhancements to the way the Time Spent Learning tracker records activity/inactivity⏱️🙌.

Timed Assessments are our latest addition to the world of knowledge testing! This new feature enables Authors to set a time limit for all assigned Users of an Assessment, to further enhance their learning ability.
Not only does a Timed Assessment encourage Users to complete learning, but it develops User's ability to recall and share information quickly. This is ideal for improving their ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, and respond to customers when time is limited.

Marking an Assessment is not just an Author's job - it's also one for your knowledge experts! That's why we've built the new Markers feature, allowing Authors to choose which Users are able to review and mark results, submitted by learners.
The option means that the right team members are bringing their expertise to the marking process, thus making your organisation's skillset stronger and giving your Users more trust in the feedback they receive!🏋️‍♂️

For the select few Admins previously seeing the "User successfully added" confirmation message, but not having Users invited to the workspace, this has been corrected. Users will appear on the Users page, and will be sent a Welcome email, as expected.
