The current selections for the certification under Manage Rewards do not contain colours in line with our CI. It would be helpful to allow us to upload certificate templates which have our corporate identify.

We love the idea of badges for gamification, it's one of the main reasons we went with HowNow! But our users have no idea that they received them, losing the impact. We'd like to see a pop up, extra screen, or some sort of celebration to show they gained an achievement.

It would be useful if Admins & Managers could see/download certificates, specially for Audit purposes. For example, when an Auditor selects a name, Admins/Managers can look at the users profile and preview/download their certificates.

A leaderboard that is linked to performance. An area for Training Groups to see who has completed the most courses, assessments, highest scores.

It would be great to award users at course level and then have an icon display (like a red ribbon or trophy) at the bottom of the tile. Currently course completion is indicated by a blue line. Users will only receive the 'award' when the assessment/test/knowledge check has been passed.

If you want to update a Certificate or Badge, as you cannot edit once it has been awarded, it would be nice to pause the assignment of the old Badge/Certificate and send out the updated one!

On the My Profile page where Badges are listed, it is difficult to get an overview of what badges are earned as it only show icons and no titles/names unless you click the Badge icon. As some Badges can use the same icon, it is very difficult to easily get an overview. It would be very helpful if the titles where added beneath the icons or at least shows when hovering the icons, so you do not need to click each icon to see what it is.
