Sometimes events are only 30 or 45 minutes but you have to set them to one hour which might put some people off booking. It should be by 5 minutes increments to give as much flexibility as possible.

As a learner, I want to know that a session is fully booked instead of "no sessions available" so that I know that the sessions still exist and are ongoing instead of being confused that there are no upcoming sessions at all.

It's somewhat pointless that under Events we have to select a location on a map and we can only add any other info, like meeting rooms as additional info which actually does NOT show up in calendar invites. E.g. if a company only has one office, obviously the workshop will be in their location e.g. London, but it would be much more relevant for attendees to see which meeting room they need to turn up in without having to open the event in HowNow.

As an instructor I have to go through dashboard > bookings to start my live class. We need to be able to start it from the live class page and add it to our own diaries.

Currently we can only turn off email notifications when assigning Events to people, but this means that people will still get bombarded with Slack notifications when we maybe don't want to announce an event yet, or are setting them up in bulk a quarter ahead. This is terrible clutter and makes people not care about the Slack notifications because it's just too granular. The toggle should either apply to both email and slack, or we should have a separate slack one to prevent them from disengaging

Is it on the roadmap at all to add a field for meeting rooms on webinars? In a previous system I was able to upload all our meeting rooms as a drop-down list and while setting up a webinar, I could just pick from that list which would then appear in people's calendar if they enrol on the webinar (it's just a much better user experience both for learners and admins)

If participants can see who else is in a certain event/session, they are more likely to subscribe and attend.

It'd be great if when a learner declines a calendar invite to an event/webinar, that feeds back to the Bookings and we can see exactly who is attending, not just who we invited. Currently, the learner would have to decline the event within HowNow, but the reality is that they won't log into the system for that.

It'd be helpful to have a Zoom integration so when setting up a webinar, instead of having to create a Zoom link and then copying it into the webinar, the system is linked to your Zoom account and it creates the link automatically.

We run the same workshop sometimes online, sometimes in-person, at different times and locations around the world. Setting up multiple events will only make it confusing for the user, it would be great if it can be one event with multiple sessions where we can adjust on a session level.
