Ability to PIN content to top of channel

There is so much noise on the platform, we are creating playlists and want to be able to pin playlists / recommended courses to the top of a channel so our employees can see the most relevant first.

We are looking at upgrading Channels in HowNow, and we have heard this feedback. HowNow will have the ability to pin content or resources in the newly upgraded version of "Channels". Coming soon!

Nuggets published to a channel do not currently stay in one order. Can they be fixed so to guide learners through a learning experience (i.e. lesson 1, lesson 2, lesson 3 etc.)

Absolutely agree - we would like to be able to categorise and organise all content within a channel (or at the very least have "pinned" items at the top) to guide users.
E.g. in our "AND Product" channel, we'd like to be able to pin an "About Product at AND" nugget.

We think it would be great to pin content to the top of channel so key content we want staff to see is easily accessible rather than having to search / view all.
For example, we increasingly use the HowNow platform as a intranet to post policies etc and would like some key information to be pinned so it does not get lost after a certain amount of time.

Not something we are looking to introduce at this time. However, if other customers are able to share some advice or further insight into what you're trying to solve - we're happy to take your feedback on board.

- How much content would you like to be able to 'pin' to each channel?
