Expert Skills is used for a Skill with proficiency level of 3 or higher in the Skill profile page. Also, Expert is the proficiency level 5 of any skill. This can be a bit confusing for the end user. It would be great to change the terminology.

Say, someone sees a courses but they dont have access....Would it be possible to request access via the platform and add a reason to it via a text message? This empowers growing paths outside your normal role, but still in a kind of restricted way because it has to be approved first.

Sometimes when a course has a deadline, individual circumstances come up and we need to extend deadlines just for one person which is not currently possible. This would be a handy feature, particularly when we think about courses of high importance like compliance.

For example, new joiners who have a set of activities to complete as part of their first two weeks in the business, can track their progress on the platform where the Induction 'pathway' has been created.

Sometimes events are only 30 or 45 minutes but you have to set them to one hour which might put some people off booking. It should be by 5 minutes increments to give as much flexibility as possible.

A recent change has occurred where not even an Admin has access to manage all content unless they are added as a Collaborator. Admins cannot see any draft content unless a Collaborator OR manage any published content. We need to have at least one person at our company who manages the overall L&D initiatives to have a true admin role where we have all rights to all content of the platform. Entrusted with this permission does not mean that the true admin would go and publish on behalf of employees. It means we have access so we can troubleshoot when necessary which does happen from time to time. I recommend adding a "super" admin role OR restricting this role to only 1 or 2 users in an organization - but at least one person needs to have the keys to the castle. If things are broken, someone needs to go in and fix.

With the new updates, to cancel a workshop, employees have to go into Learning> upcoming events > view ALL the upcoming events > scroll to find the ones they're booked on to > Cancel. Before, they were able to go to My Library > Bookings > View only what they are booked on > then cancel. The new process means employees have to spend more time and difficulty finding what they have been booked on in order to cancel it. If they can't remember the name of the workshop/etc, this creates difficulty. We have already seen an uprise in our L&D team being asked to cancel bookings for employees because they can't find it. Is it possible to revert back to having a page which only shows employees own future bookings?

As a learner, I want to know that a session is fully booked instead of "no sessions available" so that I know that the sessions still exist and are ongoing instead of being confused that there are no upcoming sessions at all.

It would be useful to be able to change the author of a piece of content

Within a Channel - especially those that are regularly used - there should be a filter to find different types of content. For example, a course, a lesson, a nugget or a keyword search. There is too much noise in here sometimes and it stops people from finding the content they need.
