Can we login Hownow via WeChat

Users in non-English speaking locations need to enter the platform in English (or whatever language is the organisation language set by admin) and navigate to their profile to select their language. This is difficult where the user doesn't speak that language. It would be a better UX if the users language was automatic based on their IP address, similar to Google etc

Would it be able to ask a question in the search box. i.e. “How do I do such and such” and HowNow would then presents a user with a summary of how to do what had been asked and also give the user a link to the relevant nugget/document. We're starting to see more ChatGPT type tools and question BOTs being created and using an AI type function in HowNow would be amazing and take the platform to another level.

A widget or something similar that allows users to see on their home page the number of learning hours they have completed in a pre-defined time frame (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc). A countdown timer (or other visual) that promotes gamification of reaching those hours. Currently only managers can report on learning hours, and even then it is difficult to see what hours were completed in a specified timeframe. Introducing this feature would promote learner engagement and make things easier for managers - so a win-win

To allow content to shared with multiple groups and the use of AND and OR in the same formula. Also to have 'Not'. The current functionality is basic and not set up for a company with multiple site or a matrix. Pretty much means the content can only be shared with one group. Meaning people either are not able to access or I have to give people access to courses not relevant to them and clogs up their learning page. For example ('LON' AND 'FINANCE) or (APAC AND FINANCE)

In the 'Tasks' section you can verify and edit nuggets but it would be good to add an option where you can delete out of date one's. This means at present you have to make a note of the name, go into the dashboard and find it to delete it - time consuming.

It would be useful for Admins to be able to change the completion date. Specially if a mistake has been made when marking as complete. Rather that waiting for HowNow to changing this, which sometimes take 2 months, Admins could do it in seconds.

When using images from the gallery to update headers, there should be a way to bookmark recently used images or create a 'recently used' section. It would be a huge time saving when building course to achieve a consistent look&feel.

A recent change has occurred where not even an Admin has access to manage all content unless they are added as a Collaborator. Admins cannot see any draft content unless a Collaborator OR manage any published content. We need to have at least one person at our company who manages the overall L&D initiatives to have a true admin role where we have all rights to all content of the platform. Entrusted with this permission does not mean that the true admin would go and publish on behalf of employees. It means we have access so we can troubleshoot when necessary which does happen from time to time. I recommend adding a "super" admin role OR restricting this role to only 1 or 2 users in an organization - but at least one person needs to have the keys to the castle. If things are broken, someone needs to go in and fix.
