We've had several reports of this recently, and it's becoming more problematic now that we have put a timer on our assessment. There's a major flaw in the assessment logic, which means if you put together an assessment comprising written and other questions, and a user goes back after having written out a response, it removes this response entirely when the user returns to that question. This is costly in terms of time and energy, and needs to be reviewed urgently, please.

Currently you can only assign individual courses in the Content Dashboard which is time consuming and unmanageable when you have a HN+ library of 20,000 courses. Being able to use the multi-select option tickboxes to then assign hundreds of courses in one go would be a much easier way to manage

Would it be able to ask a question in the search box. i.e. “How do I do such and such” and HowNow would then presents a user with a summary of how to do what had been asked and also give the user a link to the relevant nugget/document. We're starting to see more ChatGPT type tools and question BOTs being created and using an AI type function in HowNow would be amazing and take the platform to another level.

When a learner reports a content as "inappropriate" or "erroneous", this should primary be received by the author of the content and if possible only certain administrators such as the Owner of the instance and other administrators assigned by the owner

Current system limitations require a support ticket to undo course completions, as administrators do not have the direct authority to delete them. We once accidentally marked a course as completed, even though the employee in question had not actually completed the course. When I contacted support, I was informed that only the support team could undo an accidental course completion and there was no self-service option for an admin at our company to delete a course's completion status.

The Pathway status doesn't change once completed. If a new step has been added, it should now be in progress or if the pathway contains a course that is due for a renewal the pathway is no longer complete. This is also causing issues with the use of visibility feature and the look of the individuals learning page & experience.

Navigation: After clicking on a Nugget within a Pathway, there is no clear way to return to the parent Pathway. Users must manually close the nugget and navigate back Impact: Users may become discouraged and abandon Pathways due to the additional step.

At the moment when searching for HowNow+ content, it correctly displays as content from our company. However, this same content when displayed on the home page is citing the content partner name and not showing as from our company. This is confusing to our people to if the course is the same or different, and also introducing random content provider names that don't have relevance for them.

As Pathways are live and any changes made are effective immediately, there should be an extra step when clicking on delete section/content. For example when deleting a section the options are either to remove section and steps or remove section. Once you click on them you remove everything and can't go back. It should be something similar to courses, where you have to type in 'Delete'

Our administrators and content creators noticed that for a specific skill there are different names or terminologies used. For example, artificial intelligence - in the skills selection you can find "artificial intelligence", "Artificial Intelligence (AI)", and "AI" which can get confusing for when an author or creator is assigning skills to a piece of learning. So I think a regular clean-up and updating of the skills inventory should be done to avoid duplication and confusion.
