Could course notifications be made more flexible, similar to sending out invites from the system? This would make it easier for admins send out reminders to learners at any preferred time to complete their courses. This can be used for learners who are still 'in progress' or 'Not started' their training , even after the due date . Currently, reminders only go out when there's a deadline or when the course is first assigned.

It would be great to have a built in SCORM authoring software - for example, Adapt which is an open-source authoring tool that is highly adaptable. I'd love to be able to have this in the platform so I could build a broader variety of assessments (e.g. matching, sorting, scenario-based questions) and short-form learning including interactive learning elements (e.g. drop-down menus, clickable graphics, etc.) at the source. https://www.adaptlearning.org/

I'm thinking of social media platforms where you can hover over the number of likes and see a drop-down list of who has liked the content. This would be great for promoting learning content, especially when our internal influencers and leadership have given likes.

We've had some people attend events that they didn't book and then because they cancelled in the system or they didn't book at all,and the event has now closed in the system. I cant add them to the event list.

This will allow events to be more organised, currently learners can cancel right up until the event even though there's a period prior to the course where no more bookings are accepted, making it very difficult to organise who is attending.

It would be good to be able to customise the wording on the Weekly digest emails that are sent out. It would also be good to have the emails sent at a suitable time.

Make it possible change the order content appears in learner libraries

Currently, all invitees get notified when events/live classes are rescheduled. Because we invite so many employees to our events, it'd be easier if we were able to choose whether we notify everyone invited or only those who've actually signed up !

As an administrator, I would like a way to view content like any user in the system so that I can quickly assist someone that is having difficulty viewing a course, seeing something as locked, is not seeing something in their Must Do or For Me section, or even is not subscribing to the appropriate channels. Having a view that helps me understand what their experience looks like would go a long way to ensuring they have access to the right things at the right times.

Ability to pin "top pick" content in a specific carousel at the top of each channel, to help people navigate to key resources with ease. Channels are too unstructured at the moment, so people use other platforms (like Google microsites). Top picks would allow you to have a "who's who" section, a "policies" section a "playbook section" etc. that is extremely easy to find, straight away, and is specific to the channel!
