Default Skills - set by group/platform
As an admin, we would want to identify key skills at a group/platform level so that they are always assigned to each user upon creation. We find that the current skills suggested upon load or edit are based on the job role and are numerous making selection varied by users. We would like to 'mandate' circa 20 skills we want all our users to self assess against.

Managers should be able to view their teams completion data for course without having to be added as collaborators
Today managers feedback that they don't have the overview they need in order to follow up on their teams completion rate of courses produced by other teams. The only way today to solve this is by adding all managers to each course as collaborator. This is very admin heavy and risky as that gives managers access to edit the course material. This needs improvement.

Make search bar available on nugget page
Can we make the search bar available on an actual nugget page so we can search directly instead of having to go back into the home page and searching again?

Average Time Spent Insights
Able to filter out certain users time spent when generating average time spent E.g. (User A has 300+ hours time spent in the LMS and be included in the total average time spent of all users, however User A is a member of admin and the time spent would causes imbalance to the actual time spent we want to see among the read-only users

"Reports to" to group or filter option to be created as part of HRIS integrations or SFTP
Use case: In some cases, there are multiple managers of the same department (supervisors/team leads/senior managers/managers etc). Having a filter or group option for managers to see only their direct reports would make the process easier for managers to gain the information they need.

Add Content type text to tiles
It would be nice if it is possible to see what type of content a tile refers to. What can users expect when they click on a tile, is is a podcast, article, course or other? Users feel more comfortable when they know what they open.

Reschedule events/live classes WITHOUT notifying all invited (only those attending)
Currently, all invitees get notified when events/live classes are rescheduled. Because we invite so many employees to our events, it'd be easier if we were able to choose whether we notify everyone invited or only those who've actually signed up !
