An audit trail of all additions and changes made to content. A version control function would be helpful.

At the moment a reporting manager can only see must do's that are outstanding on an employees record via a pop up window but can't run a report. Managers would find it helpful to run a report on their group which indicates the courses as must do and those individuals assigned the course and their progress

We often get issues with users completing courses but it not reflecting on the system or getting stuck at a certain percentage. As an admin, I would like to be able to force completion on courses with a space for tracking the reason for compliance purposes.

Today managers feedback that they don't have the overview they need in order to follow up on their teams completion rate of courses produced by other teams. The only way today to solve this is by adding all managers to each course as collaborator. This is very admin heavy and risky as that gives managers access to edit the course material. This needs improvement.

So that we can see what parts of a training path/program that has been completed and what parts are left. Now we only see the completion % don't don't get the insight as to on what training module/part people are stuck.

When adding content to channels it easily becomes difficult to see what content has been added to which channel. I miss a possibility from Channel Insights where Admins can see what content has been added to channels. The Channel Insights show how many content items are in the channel, but it is not possible to see what it is. It would make it a lot easier to administrate Channels and associated content, if Admins are able to see details about what content items are in the channels.

Users activated and deactivated via a third party app cannot be manually deactivated or activiated. However, we have had a number of cases where we needed to print reports for the deactivated users. However we were unable to because they were deactivated. It would be helpful to temporarily activate the users for reporting purposes. Alternatively admins should be able to view insights even when a user is deactivated.

Managers should have the option to get content insights for all content shared within their team, regardless of if they are authors, collaborators, or none of those.

Raised on behalf of Syspro When exporting specific User learning history it would be good for the export to be called "Users name' insights" (ie. John Doe insights) rather than "user insights". This way if several reports are exported it is easier to identify what data belongs to each user.

We have several SCORM content courses and frequently see that completion is not always registered correct. To be able to handle completion issues, we would like a feature where it is possible to mark SCORM courses as complete manually. This will help a lot and give us flexibility when supporting the organization with these requests. Typically SCORM courses are used for compliance training where it is important that users get a completion status. We understand that completion issues can have something to do with the SCORM file structure and user behavior, and that the completion trigger in the SCORM file needs to be reached within the course. So, we also focus on ensuring that people are actually completing the content and it is build so that the completion trigger can be reached.
