when we do reorganizations and teams changes names, we need to adjust the groups assigned to each learnign budget to reflect the changes accordingly. Today this is not possible once a budget has started to be consumed, only to unused budgets. Which creates issues for both admins and for the learners.

Today, there is no way to see which groups that are assigned to each learning budget - once the budget has started to be consumed, which makes it very hard for admins to check and adjust groups assigned

Adding on behalf of Bonita at Permutative. Allow Admins to amend amounts or cancel request for Learning Budget request after approval. This would be useful where Learners have requested budget and the price of said request changes shortly after approval.

It should be possible to add new budget owners to a running learning budget as it is very common that new managers join the company or reorgs happen during the year. Now the learning budget is locked once it is launched and consumtion has started. the learning budget would need to be more flexible and open for adjustments when it comes to budget owners, learners etc.

We want to be able to cancel already approved Learning Budget Requests. We have a co-worker that requested trainings in August for a more expensive cost than what the actual cost is now when he's going to proceed with the purchase (campaign price). To solve this, we need to create a completely new Learning Budget specifically for him, which is a complicated way of solving it.

The possibility for the learner to edit/cancel a submitted learning budget request if they realize they have made an error etc, as long as it is still in pending stage.
