Current state: according to what we know, users who have signed up for a course on the waitlist are pulled into the course in a randomized order. Request: to make the automatic "pull into the waitlist" fair, can users be pulled in chronological order of when they signed up instead of a random one? Thank you very much!

Currently when you have an event with multiple dates attached to it and all of those dates are full, you can only press the join waitlist button, but this does not allow you to select a specific date/time to join the waitlist for.

e.g. 'joined before X date AND in X group OR Y group' - meaning we have the ability to narrow and widen the search in one custom rule - just gives more felxibiliy of the rules
