Studio filtering and organizing

We have found that the more content we are adding to our site, the Studio doesn't make it easy to categorize or organize the content in any specific way to make it easy to find what you are looking for.
This is also difficult because the Studio search isn't a "smart" search and you have to have the naming exactly how it is, in order for it to be returned as results. The more content we add, the more difficult this is going to get. I might now that the content contains the word "portal", but I might not know that there is a dash in the name, or the correct order of name...
Also, the more data that is added, especially managers/contributors that aren't part of our immediate content creation team, and everything is just in 1 Studio, there also isn't a way to filter based on what the group the author is in...
If there could be some way of classifying/organizing the content in the Studio it would make the world of difference. Also, if the search would work like the global search.

Alfie from HowNow: I still find it difficult to organize under Content. To-date it's showing a long list. Can filter yes, but how to categorize them better?

I agree. While the expanded filter updates on the studio are really helpful, I'm also finding that the search within the Studio and the search within the platform itself is not a "smart" search. You have to name things exactly how it is in order for it to return results. Our employees have no idea what things are named but are searching with related keywords. If the search is not exact, most of the time the content does not come up. This results in them telling us they can't find anything they need.

Hi Alyssa!
We'll be making some changes to the way your Content is sorted on the platform as part of our Dashboard improvements!
