Often I find myself reaching out to HowNow support about something, when who I really want/need to speak to is a L&D team member in a team that uses HowNow in their business. I would love there to be a forum type space, self opt-in for customers who want to, where we can come together as a 'HowNow customer' community, share good practices of using the system, solutions we've found to our problems, workarounds for various tasks etc.
