Currently if a session on an event or live class is fully booked, the date disappears from the booking list.

It would be good if the date still showed, but was labelled as fully booked.

This would mean I wouldn't have to explain this to newer users and avoid questions about why people can't book a particular date.

It would also be great if people could add themselves to a waiting list for a particular session rather than the whole event. We run lots of training where people can do the same event at lots of different times, so this would be really useful for us.
