Most of our content is potentially relevant to our whole organization, so we have to assign it to 'everyone' to ensure it is visible to them if they search for it. However, we don't need everyone to complete all the content. The problem with assigning in this way is that all content appears in everyone's learning list, and notifies anyone with the Teams app that a new piece of content has been added - we add new items frequently so this is annoying for them. If we could have a way to make a piece of content visible to a group (eg everyone) but then targeted at a specific group (eg writers) that would work so much better.
