Soon, skill levels will update from the work itself. On top of the inputs you already use, HowNow will gauge someone's level from their performance and work data, and keep a running log of the evidence behind every rating.

Further suggestion for our company would be that the qualitative feedback could be integrated with our primary performance management system/tool for centralized data (i.e. we use Lattice). For example, when endorsing a skill, individual is prompted to share why, and that blurb is fed into Lattice's feedback tool.
