Only email booked users when an event/class date/time changes

Currently ALL assigned users are emailed when an event/class date or time changes. Instead, can we have the option to only notify attendees who've registered? This will stop manual admin of going into the session, deleting it, making a new one and then manually contacting all previous attendees to inform them of the change. Thanks!

Hey folks!
This was an easy win, so we figured - why not improve it?
Now, if you update an event/live class/webinar - we'll only send an mail to those who have booked a slot on the event.

100% need this change! We are reluctant to use live events / live classes as we cant have emails going out to everyone just cause there was a time change
