Limit the amount of time an assessee can view the results email/results on the platform in cases where the assessment is purely multiple-choice or multiple-select.

Currently, the email shows what the assessee got correct/incorrect, but by default, if we're asking someone to retake an assessment, the results are a bit of a giveaway about which questions they got incorrect, and so indicate which questions they need to address to pass the assessment a second time.

This creates more of a tick-box exercise, rather than a true knowledge check, and could lead to unreliable results in training scenarios and potential compliance issues.

TL;DR - Make it harder for people retaking an assessment by limiting access to the results so retakes are a clear reflection of ability and knowledge retention, rather than encouraging a tick-box exercise.
