It would be great to differenciate the percentage of MustDo completed and the percentage of optional training completed for each learning group and user, and to be able to export it.
This data could help track where each person and group is at in their mandatory training, as well as in their life-long learning journey.
More specifically, here is how it could apply to each possible export:
  • User insights: add two columns, one for the percentage of completed MustDo and one for the percentage of completed optional content.
  • Content insights with learner insights: MustDo or Optional
  • Assessments export: List of learners with a MustDo who have NOT completed or passed
  • User assessments export: Is it a MustDo or not?
  • Course insights: List of groups who have the course as a MustDo
  • Studio export: same as the previous
