When assigning skills to particular roles, some of the skills use the American terms rather than UK terms. It is important for technical roles to have skills that are relevant - e.g. a skill we wanted to assign to a role was "Public Sector Contracts" (referring to contracts with hospitals/schools/councils etc) but the closest option is "Federal Government Contracts". We don't use 'federal' in the same way in the UK.
