Could course notifications be made more flexible, similar to sending out invites from the system? This would make it easier for admins send out reminders to learners at any preferred time to complete their courses. This can be used for learners who are still 'in progress' or 'Not started' their training , even after the due date .

Currently, reminders only go out when there's a deadline or when the course is first assigned.
