Create different levels of administrators so there can be "super administrators" who have permission to delete training records. For example, we had people take an assessment that they should not have. I had to provide the data to HowNow so they could delete it in the backend. As an admin in other platforms, I have been able to perform this action myself, while other admins did not have that permission. This protected the security of the platform.
