It would be nice to be able to search and filter in the Channel list when editing. When you have many Channels it is difficult to find what you are searching for.

It would also be nice to see who created a Channel and when it has been created. Also a short description about the channel would be good to have as something default to enter when creating a Channel - this will help us understand what it is used for.

As we have multiple people around the organization creating Channels for their Business Unit this would be easier for us with this functionality.

Also it does seem to be a bit risky that all Contributors are able to create and delete Channels. There is a risk that this could case something to get lost.

If there could be some kind of access/permission feature for Channels, where users are only able to manage and delete Channels they have created themselves. Maybe like for content, they could be able to add Contributors on Channels, so several people are able to manage them? Here it would be great to have a responsible for a Channel.
