this means we also can add anything with a cost as it doesn't allow people to request training that costs without a budget

we don't allocate a budget per person we allocate by department so currently cant use this feature

Currently we only let you assign a learning budget to a learning group - it isn't supported to assign a budget to an individual.

Could you explain what you mean?
