Admins and Managers can now filter a user's skills into 'Required Skills' and 'Self-added Skills'. This can be done from the User's sub-page (Dashboard >> Users >> User name >> Skills tab). Moreover, if you are an Admin/Manager, you can also go more granular to find which skills in the user's profile have a gap, and which of them actually meet the required levels.
