Assign reviews to a pathway

This will allow users to complete a review for a whole learning pathway - rather than asking them to complete a review after each piece of content. This will help with storytelling that a learning pathway has helped with a certain skill / proficiency.

Hey Jack Burge! 
Great idea and something we would like to introduce. 
Right now, we don't want to overwhelm people by asking them for reviews so finding a balance is important.  
If you have a Pathway with 10 pieces of content that could potentially have reviews added, and a review of the Pathway at the end - you'd be asking for 11 pieces of feedback which might not be very meaningful. 
If you're the only contributor, then this shouldn't be a problem - but for our customers with plenty of contributors who have taken advantage of our Open Sourced content - they may inadvertantly ask for dozens of reviews! 
This is something we want to introduce, but it'll take some extra research into how we make it possible. 
For now, I'd suggest adding a wrap-up course with a Review to the end of the Pathway that acts as a final review!

Alfie from HowNow: Hey Alfie, yes completely agree. I realise I didn't articulate my suggestion very well! Adding a single review to cover the whole pathway is exactly what I am after. Understand adding a wrap-up course is a good short term solution. If there was a way of initiating a review for the pathway without creating a wrap up review would be a great long term solution. Thanks!!

I think it's a valuable suggestion, and something we'd like to look at - but right now we are going to prioritise some other enhancements to Pathways!
