With the new updates, to cancel a workshop, employees have to go into Learning> upcoming events > view ALL the upcoming events > scroll to find the ones they're booked on to > Cancel. Before, they were able to go to My Library > Bookings > View only what they are booked on > then cancel.
The new process means employees have to spend more time and difficulty finding what they have been booked on in order to cancel it. If they can't remember the name of the workshop/etc, this creates difficulty. We have already seen an uprise in our L&D team being asked to cancel bookings for employees because they can't find it.
Is it possible to revert back to having a page which only shows employees own future bookings?
