Some other learning platforms have recently developed AI chat/prompt-based reporting and this would be brilliantly useful in HowNow.

The user can give a prompt like “I need to know what the improvement in engagement has been over the last six months", “Tell me what the biggest skill gaps in the Energy division are” or “Which compliance modules are most behind? Break the answer down by department” and it produces the answer and a graph to visualise it.

It would save hours of cross-referencing downloaded spreadsheets and creating graphs, it would reduce the time needed for managers to learn how to report on their teams, and would extend the specific areas that can be reported on.
