Admins to receive an email or notification when they're nearing the seat limit or have run out

Admins may not be aware they are near their seat limit when new joiners are being added to their HRIS. This means that new joiners will be stopped from getting invited to the platform causing delays to their onboarding journey.

This should be a good nudge for Admins who use HRIS integrations to sync their user data, and may be at peril of the sync not running due to their seats getting exhausted. We are looking into solving this issue.

NOTE: It may not be the exact same solution as suggested, but the issue is valid and clear.
