The Record that is created after an Assessment attempt is viewable by both the Creator/Collaborators of the Course, and also the Learner who submitted them.

As the Learner can also view this data, there is certain criteria that can be met in order for the correct answers of an Assessment to show.

Right now the Platform doesn't differentiate who is looking at the page.

My request is that admins should always be able to see the right answers in an assessment atempt.
