Currently employees have to manage their own bookings, it would be good if Admin could book people on an event/ webinar etc on their behalf or cancel people off

Thanks for your feature request!
It is currently possible to auto-enrol Users onto certain events - I've added a link to the help article here:

Once Users have booked onto content, Admins can remove their booking if they so wish - I've added a link to the help article for how to do this too: 
http://support.hownow.app/en/articles/4087520-how-to-cancel-a-booking
