To improve security across HowNow workspaces, and to maintain industry standards, we've also implemented the reCaptcha security check - not just to the Onboarding process - but also after a User submits up to three failed attempts to log in with an incorrect password.
If Google (which runs reCaptcha) recognises your browser cookies, IP address, and natural mouse movements as human, you can simply click the check box, to enter the green tick.
If Googles deems your activity as suspicious, you have a new IP, or lacks data, it will surface the image selector puzzle.
