Admins can control which content can be re-used across learning materials, with the Redistribution toggle option. This gives the relevant User Types, more options for expanding the content they create.
- Authors and Collaborators can better design the learning experiences of Users across the organisation, thanks to more re-usable content.
- Working in tandem with Content Visibility, assignees can also redistribute content to their teams.
- Line Managers - who are also assignees or Collaborators - will have more learning material to choose from, when assigning content to their Direct Reports.
- Filters and Columns make identifying redistributable content, easier.
