Would be great if Hownow supported the posibility to roll-over the learning Budget to the next year.

Some of the longer program require an approval process through our Learning Budget. In its current form, it is not possible.

We'd like to be able to have some extra elements of control over the Learning Budgets and how these work The ability to Pro-rata Learning Budgets if someone has spent budget before joining the platform The ability to assign specific Users to Learning Budgets without having them be part of a Group

When the learning type is bursary/Qualification, in the overview page the status shows not completed or completed instead of approved or pending. So it is hard to understand if the request has been approved or not. It is inconsistent with other requests, others display approval status. Status wordings should be consistent for all request types to not confuse users.
