Having to individually assign/publish each single piece of HowNow+ content is so time extensive and even more difficult when you don't have expertise in the area required. For example, we want to publish content for our tech teams and would rather bulk upload and then delete as necessary but instead we have to either work with our leads for them to let us know what individual pieces of content they'd like (obviously ridiculous) and then individually publish and assign which just isn't feasible. Alternatively, if all content could be made automatically available and we can 'turn off'/restrict certain topics, providers, individual pieces, etc that would be more manageable. We've also raised this as a complaint/issue to our Customer Success Manager as we weren't aware this would be such a manual process in the procurement process.
