Feature Ideas

Currently, to add other users' content to your pathway you must be a collaborator or the Open Source toggle must be switched on. Having to request access to content/asking the creator to switch on the Open Source before it can be added can drag out the content creation process so it would be ideal to be able to add any content to pathways without this requirement.

Being able to have renewal cycle for Pathways (e.g. when used for Compliance )

This will be a simple way to share content with our Groups, but simultaneously remove any specific Users who we wont' need to see the content.

If we want someone to be a contributor, we have to go into all groups they're part of separately and make them a contributor in each one. This is time-intensive. If we could have a simple button that makes them a contributor in all their groups, that'd make life much easier for our L&D team.

When a Nugget is published (see SC), there is no option to reopen/view the nugget from this screen, you can only go back to studio or Browse. Ideally, I would want to click on the nugget icon to see how it would appear in Read-Only Mode and have the option to re-edit it if it needs a small amendment. Currently the process is quite tedious as the filters reset when going back to Studio and if the nugget wasn't mine (collaboration) I have to find it again just to review the final output. this is also compounded by the filters resetting : https://feedback.hownow.app/feature-requests/p/sticky-nugget-filters-and-filter-reset-option

Able to share multiple pieces of content with the same group at the same time, for example when trying to share a course with a new group i need to adjust all my nuggets that are included

It would be great if you could move the header photo up/down to be able to see a photo more clearly.
